In today’s economic development of our country,finance plays a more and more important role.Banking plays an important role in the financial field.With the development of economy,in addition to the growing commercial banks all over the country,the commercial banks in cities are also booming.As the commercial banks supported by local governments,compared with the national commercial banks,they are in a competitive ring The situation is more intense.Nowadays,the role of talents is becoming more and more irreplaceable.The main object of urban commercial banks’ competition is the competition for talents,which can be seen from the large number of people they recruit every year.Only when employees are satisfied with the bank,can they try their best to provide customers with better services,so as to achieve a win-win situation between employees and banks.However,the current urban commercial banks are facing Because of the serious loss of employees,the mobility of employees is very large,which generally reflects dissatisfaction with the bank.However,these problems can not be fully explained and solved by using the traditional theory of employee satisfaction.As a hidden factor,psychological contract has been paid more and more attention.The research on employee satisfaction based on psychological contract has important theoretical and practical significance for urban commercial banks.Based on the psychological contract,this paper studies the satisfaction of employees in H city commercial banks.Firstly,it studies the theoretical knowledge of psychological contract and employee satisfaction by using the method of literature research.Then,it analyzes the satisfaction of employees in H city commercial banks by using the method of questionnaire survey,and obtains the current situation of satisfaction and its influencing factors Element,it shows the problems of employee satisfaction in urban commercial banks from the perspective of psychological contract.Secondly,combining with statistical analysis method,it establishes the index system of employee satisfaction evaluation based on psychological contract,which is helpful to evaluate the employee satisfaction in urban commercial banks from the perspective of psychological contract,so that the employee satisfaction can be measured to a certain extent.Finally,it puts forward the method based on heart The project design of improving employee satisfaction through contract management,solving the problems of employee satisfaction in urban commercial banks,improving employee satisfaction,realizing the win-win situation between employees and banks,and promoting the vigorous development of urban commercial banks.
