Being a basic motive power promoting the economic and social development, compensation contribution relates to the healthy development and stable operation of the national economy from the macro angle, and it is also a key factor deciding the success or failure of an organization from the micro angle. To the employees, compensation has not only meaning on economics, but also meaning on psychology and sociology. Effective compensation management in an enterprise has great encouragement effect and produces positive influence on employees'work attitude, behavior and achievement. Whereas, it will seriously block the development of an enterprise. Therefore, the research on compensation management is a very important topic in the business management activity.Hunan Yinhua Group is an enterprises newly established on the base of the former collective ownership enterprise, whose original compensation management system has a lot of malpractices not corresponding with the development of modern enterprise and the principle on market economy. While the reform of state-owned enterprises is pushed in deep, the company will take this as a turning point to implement all-round reform including reform of compensation management system, to set up a complete set of human resources management system taking compensation and achievement management as the core and realize high-efficiency operation and sustained and rapid growth of business results.According to the theories and methods on modern compensation management, this thesis makes analysis and research aiming at the compensation management system of Hunan Yinhua Group. Staring with the present situation of the company, the author analyzes the problems existing in the compensation management system and the reasons for these problems, then brings forward the objective and principle of the compensation management system, completes the basic flows of the design for the compensation management system, including job analysis,job evaluation,performance evaluation remodeling,corporation internal and external salary survey and so on, finally sets down the design of compensation management system for Hunan Yinhua Group. In the end, the author points out the obstacles in the program implementation process, pertinently proposes some safeguards, then gives an estimation of the effect of the compensation reform system. The topic studied in this thesis, in the period of the current reform of state-owned enterprises, shows its considerable importance and catholicity. The research result is of certain significance in guidance and reference to the enterprise with similar background and situation.
