The compensation reform of state-owned enterprises in our country is a key link for the deepening reform of state-owned enterprises in recent years.Some state-owned enterprises make top managers' compensation too high,and some state-owned enterprise top managers' compensation is not linked to corporate performance.But it reflects that top managers' compensation of state-owned enterprises doesn't match with the nature of state-owned enterprises and the top managers' identity.Therefore,top managers' compensation in state-owned enterprise has been paid more and more attention by society.The economic development of our country has entered a new normal and the compensation reform of state-owned enterprises in our country also should conform to the new features in the new period.We should review the formation mechanism of top managers' compensation in state-owned enterprise and give the feasibility of countermeasures and suggestions on the deepen reform of top managers' compensation in state-owned enterprise,which can ensure state-owned enterprises continued dominance in the economic development and the efficiency for the economic development of our country.This article starts from the theory research of top managers' compensation in state-owned enterprise.Literature analysis,comparative analysis and game analysis and empirical research methods have been used in this article.it explains top managers' compensation in state-owned enterprise from the inner mechanism theory and practice,then it puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions of top managers' compensation reform in state-owned enterprises.This research is divided into eight chapters: the first chapter mainly puts forward the research problem of top managers' compensation in state-owned enterprises,the purpose of research,the main content and research methods.The second chapter reviews the literature of top managers' compensation in state-owned enterprises.The third chapter demonstrates the formation mechanism of top managers' compensation in state-owned enterprises.It starts from the particularity of state-owned enterprises,analysis principal-agent relationship between state-owned enterprises and top managers,demonstrate the influence of double identity of top managers' compensation on the model of FS.The fourth chapter introduces the evolution process of state-owned enterprises,the change of top managers' compensation system in the state-owned enterprise,and analyzes the current situation of top managers' compensation in state-owned enterprises.The fifth chapter uses quantitative research to discuss the top managers' compensation system design problems between business of state-owned enterprises and public class state-owned enterprises based on classification of state-owned enterprises.The sixth chapter mainly uses quantitative research to discuss the top managers' compensation system design problems between top manageres with political connection and top manageres without political connection,puts forward four state executive compensation modes by classification and hierarchy.The seventh chapter elaborates the historical evolution on top managers' compensation in The United States;Japan and Singapore.And the compensation reform of state-owned enterprises in our country can draw inspiration from the historical evolution on top managers' compensation in those countries.The eighth chaptersummarizes the conclusions of this study,puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions of top managers' compensation reform in state-owned enterprises,and discusses the deficiency and the future direction of research.The possible innovation points of this study are:(1)it focuses on "the formation mechanism of state-owned enterprise top managers' compensation”,and analysis state-owned enterprise top managers' compensation from the perspective of classification and hierarchy.(2)It uses empirical analysis to discuss the effectiveness of top managers' compensation system of state-owned enterprises from the perspective of classification and hierarchy.And it uses research to analyze incentive effectiveness of state-owned enterprise top managers' compensation from different types of state-owned enterprises and different executive identity.(3)It proposes differential state-owned top managers' compensation design proposals by classification and hierarchical perspective,which is based on comprehensively deepen reform era and empirempirical results.
