The competition of talents is the key to enterprise competition.With the deepening of the knowledge economy and the gradual globalization of the economy,human resource management has gradually become the focus of corporate management.Salary system design is an important part of enterprise human resource management,a scientific and effective compensation system can promote the enthusiasm of employees,motivate employees' work initiative,and help improve organizational efficiency,thereby ensuring the continuous,stable and rapid development of the company.As an important work in the enterprise human resources strategy,the rational design of the compensation system,it not only helps the company to attract talents,but also affects the realization of the company's long-term strategic goals.This paper takes S company as the research object,and proposes optimization and improvement countermeasures by analyzing the current status and existing problems of the existing salary system.This paper uses the relevant theories of salary system design,combined with the current development status of salary management,expounds the current situation and existing problems of S company's compensation system.The reasons for the problem and the necessity of improving the compensation system of S company were analyzed in detail.First,improve the analysis and evaluation basis of S company's compensation system.Including work analysis,job evaluation and compensation level strategy,etc.Then according to the actual situation of S company,the optimization schemes of salary system for managers,assistants and technicians are designed respectively.The core part of this paper is the improvement design of S company's salary system.The design was improved from the aspects of analysis and evaluation basis,compensation factors,welfare mechanism and performance appraisal system.The safeguard measures were designed for the specific implementation of the plan and the implementation effect was predicted.The improvement and innovation of the company's compensation system were gradually completed.This article determines the main basis for compensation is the employee's job value.Focus on assessing employees' ability to serve and establish a system performance appraisalmechanism,Strive to make the compensation system of S company scientific and rational.The improved compensation system will play a better role in S company,it can solve existing problems and promote the incentive effect of compensation.
