Study On Land Use Change And Ecological Security Evalution Of Pu'an County

Land resource is one of the irreplace resources which the human being relies on.Land use conies out with the development of population and economic,the range and degree of land use is becoming more and more largo,have caused substantiality's effects on entire eco-system structure and function especially in recent years.Under the background,researches on example of evaluation on eco-system safety of land use has very important scientific value and realistic meaning.So,taken Pu'an County,an ecology weak regional as a case,by gathering pictures spare in the past and statistics data of Pu'an County government,the paper synthesized-using the analytic hierarchy(AHP)and Synthesis grading law,analyzing the state of land use/cover change from the year 1998 to 2007,and the effect to Ecological Security by this change of Pu'an County.The main content and the conclusion are as follows:1.Analysis on the change of land use in Pu'an County.The paper analyzed the change of structure,quantity,spatial pattern and quality in Pu'an County.It is displaying:from structure change of view,the proportion of the cultivated land reduced the most,from 36.12 to33.80 percent,the he decrement are between 1998 to 2007 year; from quantity of view,cultivated land decreased at first on the list,total 3302.56hm2, correspondingly,the quantity of the woodland,the garden land and the constructive land increasing;from the view of degree of land use,the composite index of land use reduced from 215.17 to 213.90 between 1998 to 2007 year;from the view of spatial pattern,the diversity index and the evenness index are lower than ever,correspondingly, the dominance index is higher and also improved in quality.2.The assessment of eco-systematic safety in Pu'an County.Special geographical environment and many years human's activity are the causes to land use change in Pu'an County,it is this change makes the ecological environment has changed.The paper from the aspect of land use change,used analytic hierarchy process(AHP)by the relation among the Component part of objects after seeking many specialist and established an estimate system of regional ecological security which contained 18 typical indices,the system based on the frame of pressure-states-responses pattern;on this basis,draft the appraisement standard,from the aspect of ecological security, synthesized-using analytic hierarchy process(AHP)and synthesis grading law, evaluating the state of ecological of Pu'an County.It is displaying:the integrated value of ecological security is 0.6152 in 1998,however,which is 0.6833 in 2007.From the aspect of regional the ecology degree of safe,although the research region raised from risk level to sensitive level.3.The eco-security countermeasure on land sustainable use in Pu'an County.For the seek of realizing land sustainable use in Pu'an County,the paper aimed to the ecological security of Pu'an County,using the theory of sustainable development and making corresponding recommendations from the aspect of land nature,economy and social ecological security,to achieve the ultimate goal of sustainable and harmonious development of ecology,society and economy.
