The Planning And Construction Of Ecological County In Cheng Gu County Shaanxi Province

The construction of ecological country could realize sustainable utilization of resources and energy, drive the development of emerging industries, solve a large number of employment, speed up the new technology widely used in the industry, promote the combination of technology and industrial, solve the environment problem which affect the normal life and work, promote the country peaceful and people safe and social stability. The construction of ecological country is the implementation of the ecological construction, which enhance the capacity of sustainable development of the country, improve the ecological environment, improve the efficiency of resource utilization and promote the harmony of ban and nature. Then realize the comprehensive construction well-off society and the goal of ecological civilization.This work introduces the concept and connotation of ecological county, the purpose and significance of ecological county construction, and the ecological country research status and index system. Combined with the specific circumstances of Chenggu country, the economic development, ecological environment protection and social progress were analyzed. According to the guiding ideology and target of ecological function regionalization, we formulated Chenggu ecological function regionalization scheme. It can be divided into three functional regions and sixteen subregion. The subregin including 3 no admittance area, 4 restricted access area, 8 key access area and 3 optimization access area. Ecological function zoning maps were drew by CorelDraw and then a detailed introduction and plan were conducted for each partition. Ecological county construction scale control and leading industry planning were proposed. At the same time the sewage and garbage output of Chenggu were predicted, the urban sewerage engineering and refuse treatment engineering were preliminary planned and then determine the creation time of ecological village. Finally this work determined the ecological county construction planning and key implementation project of Chenggu country, which include 5 areas such as ecological agriculture, ecological industry, ecological environment construction, protection and management, ecological tourism and infrastructure construction. And a total of 23 projects, with a total investment of about 1.68827 billion RMB.
