Researches On The Cost Control Of Human Resources In The Power Transmission And Transformer Project

This article takes the power transmission and transformer engineering project as the object of study,conducts the thorough research and discussion to its cost control of the human resources.On the foundation of the research to the literary materials of the project management,it carries on the analysis to the presen development of the domestic and foreign human resources cost,has analyzed the concept,classification,function and target system of the human resources cost,then carries on the analysis to the vital significance and control method about the human resources cost control of the power transmission and transformer project,and proposes constructing a human resources cost control system in the power transmission transformer engineering project.As the case it also conducts the real diagnosis research to the construction project of Changzhou-Banqiao 500kv line,introduces the construction of the project structrure and the control model of the cost of human resources on Changzhou-Banqiao line and it's application in the project implementation.Finally it proposes a few constructive suggestions for the cost control of human resources in the project implementation process,hoping to manage certain model function to the active control and management of the engineering projects of the similar enterprises or the correlation professions.
