Along with China's economic development and rapid growth in electricity demand, grid construction scale are rapid development in recent years, even reaching a record high. Today, Gansu Power Grid project is characterized by tight construction schedule, more Supporting project, difficult coordination, task arduous, particularly, there is no reasonable investment control evaluation indicators of 110kV power transmission and transformation project, so it is difficult to control investment. In this paper, Taking construction cost data of 35 newly-built 110 kV transmission and transformation project in gansu power grid last two years as statistical samples, according to universal design and combining the actual situation of Gansu Power Grid Construction, by use of Simple linear regression method setting up the sub-projects comprehensive price index, then by use of parameter estimation analyzing the estimated range of other costs project, on this basis, the limits design control indicators is built. Verification results of actual engineering project show that builted engineering cost evaluation index can control effectively project investment, can evaluate reasonably the level of engineering technical and economic indicators. |
