Research On The Performance Measurement Of Electric Power Enterprise Based On Harmonious Coexistence

With the power system reforms,the competition in the market of enterprise of electric power industry in China has become more and more fierce.It brings the great opportunity and challenge to the enterprises of electric power industry reform on performance management.By analyzing harmonious coexistence theory, defining the concept of electric power enterprise harmonious coexistence, combining with characteristics of electric power enterprise.I set up a performance measurement system and performance measurement model include the four essentials which are financial performance,management performance,ecological performance and social performance,the system which has the electric characteristic. This performance measurement model evaluate coordination performance.We use entropy method method to research and analysis typical enterprise.Form the result of the research,we can see that the performance measurement model not only may impetus electric power achievements performance system development form the practice angle,but also has provided the idea support for the electric power enterprise's sustainable development.
