Research On Enterprise Performance Evaluation In Harmonious Society

In the year of 2006, the sixth plenary session of the 16th CPC congress was held in Beijing. It put forward definitely that we should persist in "people-oriented", building up the scientific concept of development which is full-scale, harmonious and sustainable. This plenary pointed that we should try to build up a harmonious society and harmony is the theme of social development in our country. Enterprise harmonious development is an important component of the harmonious society. So in this kind of society, to do some researches on improvement of enterprise harmonious level and to evaluate the effort in this aspect have the important theoretical and practical significance to harmonious society construction.In our country, enterprise performance evaluation started long time before. From then on, it has changed three times and corrected some defects of the old one. Recently, with the further development of sustainable development strategy, scientific development concept and harmonious society construction, many scholars thought it was time to build up a better indicator system of enterprise performance evaluation to meet the requirement of scientific concept of development. However, after several changes, economic indicators were also the main stream of enterprise performance evaluation, regarding less of ecological and social costs. It was not suitable for enterprise performance evaluation in harmonious society. Based on this context, the study on enterprise performance evaluation in harmonious society becomes very important.In the instruction of economics, enterprise management and harmonious development theory, the author applies statistical, operational research methods to analyze the relationship between social harmony and enterprise development, and its inspiration to the improvement of our country's enterprise performance evaluation. Based on study about target of enterprise development and the characteristics of enterprise performance evaluation under harmonious society, this paper builds up the indicator system of enterprise performance evaluation and the model of enterprise performance evaluation in harmonious society.This research indicates that the theme of enterprise performance evaluation in harmonious society is "harmony". It is based on harmonious development theory, providing service for benefit-related people and it is a many-sided comprehensive system which has some Chinese exclusive characteristics. Enterprise performance evaluation in harmonious society not only contains economic performance, but also including ecological and social performance. According to performance evaluation in these three sides, we can draw a comprehensive evaluation. Enterprise performance evaluation method also meets the requirements of enterprise harmonious development. So it lays emphasis both on the improvement and the harmony in economy, zoology and society.
