The Study On TWNE Holdings' Development Strategy

This thesis emphasizes on the development strategy of TWNE Holdings Co., Ltd. On the basis of strategic management theories and the latest research achievement of strategic planning at home and abroad, the thesis makes a deep analysis and research into the strategic environment of TWNE, including the internal and external environment. Simultaneously, utilizing the system approaches of IFE Matrix, EFE Matrix, SWOT Matrix, QSPM and AHP systems, the thesis provides a qualitative and quantitative evaluation about the strategic essentials of TWNE and indicates the chances, challenges, advantages and disadvantages of TWNE's internal and external environment, thereby drawing up the development strategy of TWNE and pointing out the development target, train of thought and strategic measure.
