This thesis emphasizes on the development strategy of TWNE Holdings Co., Ltd. On the basis of strategic management theories and the latest research achievement of strategic planning at home and abroad, the thesis makes a deep analysis and research into the strategic environment of TWNE, including the internal and external environment.
