Research On The Target Control Of Substation Construction Project Management

With the rapid development of China's national economy and construction, the construction project management was carried out in various projects, in view of the rapid development of power construction, as well as the under-study of power construction management, in this paper, the construction and management of substation projects was carried out in-depth research.The main studies of this paper are as follows: First of all, set out in detail the status of the construction management research and the significanc of the research; Secondly, introduced in details the basic theory of project management; Thirdly, elaborated the basic procedures and principles in power projects construction management specifically; Fourthly, analyzed the objective control of 500kV substation project construction management, put forward the effective control procedures and methods in four major objectives of the construction and management; Fifthly, taken Hengshui 500kV substation project construction and management as an example to verify the validity of this article point; Finally, the conclusions and outlook of this paper was illustrated.
