Bidding is a kind of procurement way which give full play to the market mechanism, throughtenders can enable suppliers to maximize participation in the tender fair and equitabletreatment, improve procurement transparency and objectivity in order to more effectively usethe funds for construction, improve the economic efficiency and prevent corruption, helpprotect the national interests and public interests. State-owned enterprises and public natureof the nature of the power industry infrastructure, making the power industry to become oneof the most frequently used methods of procurement bidding, particularly when electricmaterial intensive enterprises integrated management and conduct centralized procurement.The way of bidding directly related to the success of the tender. This paper introduces somebasic concepts of bidding and the scope of application, introduced the electric powerenterprise bidding procedures and rules of bidding management, analyzes the status of powergrid enterprises bidding and some of the most common problems, discusses the compositionof power supplies for the evaluation system, and uses the analytic hierarchy process (AHP)and fuzzy evaluation method to analysis of the process of power supplies bidding, to providea reference for the procurement bidding work.
