Currently, manufacturing innovation has become the driving force at the core of economic development and transformation, more and more countries consider the development of advanced manufacturing countries to be the national strategy. China is also speeding up its industrial restructuring and upgrading its industrial structure adjusted to become a powerful manufacturing country instead a huge manufacturing country. In this environment, survival and development of SMEs will face more opportunities and challenges. They want to achieve their own development by constantly looking for a new development model in order to break through the bottleneck caused by corporate capital, scale, etc. Industrial cluster could encourage enterprises and cluster to grow unceasingly as a form of organization among enterprises and SMEs generally based on the main structure. Through cooperation and competition among enterprises, industrial cluster could generate economies of scale. As cluster contains many enterprises, the frequency of the overall transaction is high. It often exchanges large-scale goods with the outside world, therefore there must be a corresponding fast and efficient logistics services to guarantee the flow of supply, production, sales and others. At present, small and medium sized logistics enterprises provide logistics services for industrial cluster mostly, but these enterprises’ logistics services and logistics information technology and standardization can not meet the requirements of modern logistics management. It will become a constraint for future development of industrial clusters factor if not improve. In recent years, although the state has introduced policies to increase efforts to support the logistics industry, there is still a still a large gap with developed countries in terms of logistics modernization. This can be seen from the total social logistics costs as a percentage of GDP, China is about 18%, which is almost twice the US. Companies are increasingly aware of the impact of logistics as the "third profit source" to the enterprise. Thus, this paper tries to find or design some kind of pattern which uses the modern logistics management concepts in the development of industrial cluster in order to enhance efficiency and reduce logistics costs for the development of industrial cluster. This paper selects gathering area of LanKao for the study and uses literature study, questionnaires and comparative analysis as research method to study the integrated logistics model of industry cluster. Firstly, the article stated the topic research background, significance, relevant research results at home and abroad as well as papers and other innovations. Secondly, analyzing the development status and logistics level of industrial cluster of Lankao based on information collected and industry cluster, logistics management and logistics integration theory as the research foundation, then elaborating the feasibility and necessity of implementation of logistics integration from the economic, technical and social aspects in accordance with the analysis results; Once again, proposing some principles followed in the process of building logistics integration model. Based on comparative analysis of the three main types of logistics integration, this paper designs logistics integration model of Lankao combined with the development level of industrial cluster. Finally, to ensure the smooth implementation of integrated logistics of industry cluster, there should be a support system containing government, technology, transport facilities and talent.etc. Through research, this paper concludes that logistics integration mode fits industrial cluster of Lankao and designs two models: logistics integration model based on enterprise alliance and logistics integration model based on the third party logistics, hoping for providing reference for the development of industrial cluster of Lankao and other areas.
