Studying On Running Environment Analyse Of Xiaoyun Mining Of Jining Mining Industry Group

In the demonstration and evaluation of mine construction projects, traditional demonstration and evaluation of the project pays great importance to the economic and technology analyse, but the analyse of the project's environment has not been placed enough emphasis. However, the success or failure of the project and whether it has good prospects for development have close links with resources, market conditions, competitive conditions, macroeconomic conditions, natural and socio-cultural conditions. Only to make a comprehensive and correct analysis and analyse for the effect of the project's environment, to ensure that the environmental requirements can meet the purpose and the request of the project, the project will be facilitated to be put in practice smoothly.In this paper, in accordance with the principles of objectivity, comprehensive and forward-looking, using relevant theories of the project argumentation and evaluation, making theoretical analysis link with empirical analysis, qualitative analysis link with quantitative analysis method, make comprehensive evaluation for the running environment of Xiaoyun mining of Jining mining industry group, and then get a scientific and rational conclusion.This study includes seven parts which are introduction, theoretical analysis of running circumstance evaluation, resource supplying conditions evaluation, market demanding circumstance evaluation, macro-running circumstance evaluation, security circumstance evaluation, conclusions and prospect. The first part mainly introduces the background, aims, domestic and international research status, content and briefly introducing the project of Xiaoyun Coal Mining; The second part briefly introduces the evaluation theory; The third part evaluates the resource supplying conditions from the natural resource conditions, fund supplying conditions, transportation conditions and human resource supplying conditions; The forth part evaluates the market demanding circumstance from the market demand, varieties demand and market price, and using some kinds of financial index and quantitative analysis method to study the project's investment income; The fifth part evaluates the macro-environment from the project balance, macroeconomic and policy environment, competitive environment, import and export situation; The sixth part mainly evaluates the security circumstance of the project. The seventh part draws the conclusion that the project is necessary and feasible basing on the third, forth, fifth and sixth parts.
