Garlic export enterprises as the main body of garlic export, the market environment they facing has great influence on garlic export revenues. As one of the important export crops of China, the study of garlic export income instability has important practical significance to our country’s agricultural product export trade; At the same time discussing export enterprise market environment which influence the stability of garlic export revenues, have a certain guiding significance on the development of Chinese garlic industry and the development of garlic export enterprises.Consulting a large number of domestic and foreign literature and some relevant theoretical analysis, combined with the Chinese garlic export income instability and its reason analysis, selected domestic supply and demand, international supply and demand, export competitiveness and export tax rebates these four export enterprise market environment factors which effect garlic export income instability, respectively analyze the market environment factors’influence on garlic export income instability.Through the study of this article, the following conclusions are got:Firstly, Our country is a garlic country and garlic export have a significant role on the world market; Our country’s garlic exports are mainly dry and fresh garlic, concentrated in the Asian countries market; Garlic exports as a whole in China shows the export quantity is stable, but export revenues are not stable, and under the premise of stable in export quantity, the export income instability may be caused by the fluctuation of export prices; Garlic export enterprise is the main body of garlic trade. Because of low barriers to entry, the export enterprises are mainly small and medium-sized private enterprises.Secondly, the analysis of export enterprise market environment factor influencing the stability of export revenues:Major domestic supply and demand is regulated by the domestic wholesale price of garlic, negative correlation between the two, and the influence of both is lagging three period; Garlic export revenue growth in China is mainly affected by competition effect and demand effect, which has the same direction with garlic export revenue growth. The influence of the structure effect is small and has a tendency to decrease gradually; From the three dominant competitiveness index the revealed comparative advantage index, international market share and trade competitiveness index, Chinese garlic exports has a strong competitive advantage in the world market. Adjustment of export tax rebate policy can ensure the income of enterprises in some garlic deep processing products, also arousing the enthusiasm of the enterprise, stimulating enterprises industrial upgrading of garlic exports, guiding the enterprise to produce high value-added products, improve the quality of garlic products in China and international competitiveness.So, to stabilize the garlic export income in our country, following Suggestions are put forward on the basis of this article research:strengthen the construction of garlic industry information system and prevent garlic price fluctuations; Play the comparative advantage and promoting the international competitiveness of garlic products in China; Grasp the features of the international market demand and optimize the structure of garlic export markets in China; Improve the export tax rebate policy and help the export enterprises to enhance business garlic quality.
