Study On Demand Of The Residential Environment Based On The Family Life Circle

With the development of housing market in China,the basic problem of urban housing consumption has been improved obviously,however,the housing-based urban residents' residential environment problem has not been effectively solved.And the contradiction between residential environment and the structural upgrade of residential consumption has not been effectively improved.The main reason is that urban residents' residential environment demand is changing.This paper explores the characteristics of residential environment demand from the micro perspective and analyzes the mechanism of residential environment demand.And the structural relationship model of urban residents' residential environment demand based on family life cycle with the trajectory of family life cycle,feature regression model and phased distribution model are established to reveal how the characteristics of urban residents' residential environment demand changes.In the theory part,this paper discusses the mechanism and influence of the residential environment demand.Based on the theory of human settlements,the related concepts of residential environment are put forward.Under the theory of consumer behavior,the residential environment consumption decision system is constructed.According to the theory of residential demand level,the residential environment demand level is built.Detailed analysis of the impact process between residential environment demand,perception and evaluation is done to put forward the corresponding research hypothesis.The impact of family characteristics on the demand of residential environment is analyzed from the consumption attributes,and establishes the hypothesis of residential environment demand based on family life cycle.The data of residential environment demand were obtained through micro-survey.And the empirical study on the structural relationship of residential environment demand is carried out.The probabilistic prediction model of residential environment demand level is constructed and the characteristics of the individual random distribution and the group stage distribution of the characteristics of the residential environment are found.The empirical results show that the life cycle of the residential environment has a significant impact on the residential environment demand,the residential environment perception and the residential environment evaluation.The residential environment evaluation and the residential environment perception have impact on the residential environment demand and there is mutual influence.The demand characteristics of urban residents' residential environment are as follows: with the advancement of family life cycle,the demand level gradually increases,and the diversity of demand selection is improved and then slowly decreases.The above conclusions provide reference for urban managers,developers and consumers.
