Research On The Evaluation Of Running Environment Of Copper-print Paper Project In WH Group

With the development of project management discipline, the technology of project evaluation is being used in projects of all parts, providing guidance for the application and implementation of every project flexibly and accurately. Copper-print paper is the high-grade paper of culture and commerce relating to production and living. The demand for copper-print paper is increasing. Now, with the development of economy and papermaking technology, projects of copper-print paper are increasing. As a result, evaluating running environment of copper-print paper projects can provide a basis for the implementation of project and can be the sample for other projects in the same part.The paper analyzes and researches the evaluation of running environment of copper-print paper project in WH group and establishes an evaluating index system with the guidance of the advanced project management theory. By evaluating the running environment with quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis, the project is considered to be feasible. The most important content of the dissertation comprises three parts. First, select the available indexes on the base of reading mass references and field work, concrete the evaluating index system. Second, combine the quantitative analysis with qualitative analysis, analyze the necessity and market prospect of the project exhaustively starting with evaluating the resources condition. At last, based on the evaluating of the resources, market, competition, macro environment, calculate the indexes with AHP, Delphi method and fuzzy method to achieve better results by analyzing the evaluating result deeply.The paper establishes the running environment evaluating index system by evaluating the runing environment with quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis. The paper can be used in the running environment evaluating of other copper-print paper projects as a sample. The running environment evaluating in other parts can also refer to the concepts of the paper.
