Since 1960s, the globe cruise industry has becoming one of the most rapid developing industries in the international tourism field. According to the Cruise Lines International Association (CLIA, 2006), the industry has experienced an average annual growth of 8.2% since 1980. This is double the long-term average growth figure of 4.1% for tourism in general. With the development of the globe cruise industry, as well as the elevation of the living standards, domestic tourists become more and more interested in cruise tourism.. The cruise tourism in china face a good opportunity.The purpose of the paper is to find solutions and policies that will boost cruise tourism. About research methods, in the chapter 3 ,in order to gaines the supply of cruise tourism in china, the paper consults a mass of document as well as some examples. In this part , the paper summarizes the operator schema and the characteristics of cruise tourism.In the chapter 4 ,the paper takes questionnaire, statistic analysis and comparative analysis. So the characteristics of domestic tourists perception and demand about cruise tourism in china are quantitative analysised.The paper elaborates the supply and the demand of cruise tourism in china. Through parallel analyse ,the paper finds the contradiction between them .In the last chapter, based on the previous analysis ,some solutions are put forward in order to settle the problems.
