In 1980s, Modern Cruises originated in Europe and America, whose popularity spreaded initially through the upper nobles then to the normal middle class. Especially since the first decade of 21st century, it has set off a new type of traveling methods and changed the concept of tourists in China's Hong Kong, Macao, Taiwan and Mainland. The average annual increase of cruise industry is between 8% and 9%, thanks to the global mass tourism group offering enough potential tourists.Although there are big differences among Sino-foreign cruise demands, it still does not have any researching on them. The essay compared the basic informations of Sino-foreign tourists through descriptive statistics, analysed the importance-performance (IPA) and contrasted the differences of cruise concepts and demands characters by Mann-Whitney U, a kind of two-independent samples nonparametric tests.The essay contrasted the differences of Sino-foreign tourists on cruise concepts, importance-performance (IPA) and demands through quality analysis and quantity comparison, which is meaningful to the foreign experienced cruise companies and the fresh Chinese cruise companies as well. Then, it analysed the development of foreign cruise companies through purchasing but Chinese ones by monopolizing cruise routes. It also concluded the 4-method of business operation and the 2-aspect of disadvantages. Finally, the essay explored four models for Chinese cruise marketing development, signing agents, theme cruise hall, film culture infiltration and media power.
