In recent years, with the State Tobacco Monopoly Bureau "big market, large enterprise , famous brand" strategy proposed that the tobacco industry is being implemented with a link of the brand of a higher arrangement ,a higher level and a broader range of corporate restructuring. Brand has become the key to the survival of the tobacco companies. The innovation of the marketing management, and cultivate brands through a scientific and effective marketing efforts are of great significance to the tobacco industry in the current situation. In this paper, combining "Mount Tai Feng-ru" cigarette marketing projects, the project of cigarette marketing management is researched, with the purpose of exploring new areas of the project management application and setting up relatively complete new ways of cigarette marketing project management.The management of progress is an important branch of the project management; the control of progress is the key management aspect to ensure that projects will be finished on schedule. According to the basic ideas of project management and, the paper focuses on analysing the network planning techniques, and from the project plan, optimizing of the project plan and the control of progress with the analysis of "Mount Tai Feng-ru" cigarette marketing projects ,the paper discussed the progress of the project management more in depth.This paper firstly introduces the current status of the tobacco industry and the development significance of tobacco brands to the industry; analyses the current problems of tobacco industry marketing, which leads to questions, and pointed out that the purpose and significance of the thesis; then espounds the theoretical knowledge on project management and focuses on the concept and technical methods of network plans technology; subsequently introduces the Shandong company and its tobacco industry marketing management system for the basic situation and focus on the introduction of the Mount Tai Wind Products Joinet situation, for follow-up work paving the way to do a good job.In this paper, the fourth, fifth, sixth chapters are the core of the thesis;combining the study of Mount Tai Feng-ru-depth marketing project management, the project progress at the project in marketing applications is researched: First, scientificly definit the scope of work to promote the Mount Tai Feng-ru marketing project with the application of project management knowledge; second resolve the Mount Tai Feng-ru marketing project using WBS framework and set up a marketing project resolving structure template. On the base of completion of the work of decomposition, the distribution of work responsibilities, sequencing project activities, working hours estimating, the writer focused on the the basic methods of progress of project preparation and optimization, and several of the advantages and disadvantages of the methods are analyzed, and finally the use of Microsoft Project completed the instrument development and construction schedule optimization, schedule control for the next phase of the foundation. Aspect in the progress of control, according to the progress of control theory, combined with Mount Tai Feng-ru marketing features of the project focused on the progress of the control process, the progress to ensure the progress , dynamic monitoring of the project , updating the progress of control and so on. Finally, a summary of the text, pointing out that the conclusions of this paper and the subject of further study in future.In this paper, the methods of theoretical study and practice are combined, taking into account the relevant literature both at home and abroad, based on the current theories and practice, the progress of management will be applied to non-traditional sense of the project, with a universal sense of the reference value to popular and enhance the level of project management in all industries.
