Company S is a manufacturer of marine air conditioner. In recent years, due to the continuous downturn of the global economy and the shipbuilding market, There is an urgent need to improve enterprise management level to improve efficiency and reduce costs. project X is a large-scale project recently signed in company X, faced with tight deadlines, high quality demand, complex process and so on. Rational use of project schedule management method for the project X, under the premise of quality and quantity of the duration, can improve efficiency, save cost, and also improve the competitiveness of enterprises purposes.In this paper, project X from S company as a research subject in depth, It describes the project schedule and control principles, processes and methods. Combined with the company's actual situation, it analyzed project X management problems. Then used WBS detailed decomposition for project X. Finally, based on CPM method and the plan network diagram of project X determined the project's critical path, at the end, used PERT technical analysis of the feasibility of the project X critical path.Through this study, it is not only for the implementation of the project X., but provides an important reference, and also has an important guiding significance for other similar projects of company S.
