Study On The Coupling Development Of Agricultural Land Eco-economic System In Tarim River Basin

As a fragile area of natural eco-systems and short of water, the Tarim River Basin is the typical agricultural and pastoral areas in Xinjiang, agricultural land resources are the basic resources in basin. Because of the constraints of the ecological environment, in addition to resource endowment and the influence of population and other factors, it is easy to lead to use agricultural land resources irrationally, slow economic development, and deteriorate the ecological environment. Guided by the basic theory of eco-economics and land ecology, this paper illustrated the concept and connotation of agricultural land eco-economic system, and deeply analyzed the typical farming and pastoral areas of the Tarim Basin. On this basis, draw on the relative research of system coupling and use coupling model system to evaluate the agricultural land eco-economic system's coupled situation in Tarim Basin. Finally put forward some countermeasures to promote basin's agricultural land eco-economic system coupled development.The results show that:①the Tarim Basin agricultural land eco-economic system is an open and high-level complex system, water resources play a key role in the system and its environment has a certain particularity.②the agricultural land ecological subsystem's composite index and socio-economic subsystem's composite index showed a growth trend during 1997-2006, which reflects the agricultural land eco-economic system good development.③The evaluation of system coupling showed the basin's agricultural land eco-economic system respectively over-exploitation in type, strong type-developing and co-ordination in the 1997-2001, 2002-2004, 2005-2006, the state gradually improved from the non-conforming to the coordination process.④Definite the basic ideas of agricultural land eco-economic system coupling development in basin : on the basis of ecological economics theory and handled the relationship between development and protection, to build a developed model of positive interaction of ecology and economic; the development of ecological agriculture is the effective way to achieve use of agricultural land eco-economic; to downplay the concept of land reclamation, strengthen the ecological awareness, maintain the appropriate scale of agricultural land. On this basis try to build a regional development model, the level development model, flat complex agric-ecological economic model, economic model of ecological garden facilities, suburban model of ecological agriculture, ecological protection and poverty development models, etc.⑤Agricultural eco-economic system follow the structure- function principles and systemic functional principles, some countermeasures are put forward.
