It is well known that there is tremendous gap on China automobile R & D that compared to abroad. In order to bridge the gap, our country promote to develop our own brand cars. In that case, the automotive industry enterprise has become a veritable technological innovation protagonist, and their innovation ability is not only the fundamental driving force of their own development but also an important factor to enhance our national competitiveness. Therefore, it is not dubitable that the R&D emoloyees have become the core competitiveness of enterprises. R & D employees'performance is a direct response to technological innovation results, but work pressure is a very important factor to impact on their work performance. With the increasing auto industry competition, R & D personnel work pressure is increasing, so the great pressure of their work make the negative impact on their performance.In a practial aspect of organization managemengt, this study analyzed the relative stressor of work pressure. The study based on reviewing relative research globally, and condition of R&D human resource's character to questionnaire the R&D employees of a enterprise in Changchun, and make use of SPSS software for data analysis. The analyzing result show the main factors that bring R&D employees work pressure are the opportunities of development and learning , role ambiguity and conflict , and interpersonal communication at work. Based on the analysis result , this study give pressure management advice to the auto enterprise. The detail advice please find bellow:First, design employees'career development path and offer system training and learning opportunity abroad;Second, collocate human resource in reason and prescribe position responsibility;Third, enhance communication in the organization.
