Performance management has the core position in the company human resources management system,but at the same time performance management is also the head of the top ten problems in the human resources management.Different companies have the different performance management ways and effectiveness.This paper cites Q City Post Office's performance management system as the study object and explores state-owned companies' performance management reform.This paper briefly introduces the meaning of the performance management,performance management's core values and implementation principles,the relations between performance management and other human resources management system, performance management ways and implementation processes at first.Then this paper introduces Q City Post Office's overview,human resources situation,as well as performance management implementation situation,and analyzes its existing deficiency and reasons.On this basis,this paper puts forward further improved advice.This paper is divided into four chapters.Chapter One introduces the meaning of performance assessment and performance management,performance assessment as one link of performance management,performance management's core values and implementation principles,performance management's methods and implementation process.Chapter Two introduces Q City Post Office overview and human resources situation,performance management present situation,performance management's purposes and principles,how to organize and implement performance management processes;Chapter Three analyzes Q City Post Office's existing deficiency and reasons.Chapter Four puts forward further improved performance management advice.Finally,this paper draws the conclusions.
