An Improvement And Practice Of TISCO's Safety Performance Management System

Along with the development of economy and the progress of society , the nation put forward higher standard to the safe produce of the enterprise , the request of the employee to the safety produce condition and work environment are also becoming higher, the traditional safety management way have already can not satisfy the needs of carrying out the safe production. To continuously obtain the good safety results, the system of safety management, has to be improved, have creative ways of safety management, and also to build up a scientific model of safety management.This paper applies the basic theories of safety management to overall analyze the tisco's former safety management condition, and according to the Accident -Causing theories analyzed a company to take place the concrete reason of the trouble through the years. On this foundation, according to the performance management system, the tisco has planed, organized and carried out the safety performance management system(SPMS) from top to bottom. By measuring and evaluating, the tisco overall analyzes the relation between safety performance index and actual injury accidents of regulation, by perfecting safety performance index and continuously improving, finally the achievement a mutually consistent safety performance target with the company strategic target and the core value.The result of the paper has lots significance, not only in effectively guiding the tisco's adjustment and development in the safety production field, but it is a good sample for the domestic enterprises which are in same area when dealing with same issues.
