Research On The Influence Mechanism Of Passive Emotion Of Construction Workers On Their Safety Performance

The construction industry occupies an important position in the economic development of our country,has a large scale and a large number of employees.In the recent ten years,the number of safety accidents and death toll of construction enterprises is on the rise,and the security situation is very severe.With the government's introduction of relevant policies and the scientific management of the construction enterprises,the number of safety accidents is still increasing year by year.It has caused great economic losses to the individual,family,industry and society.The development of the construction industry has gradually changed from the "physical environment" to "human cause engineering",and the emotion is the main cause of the safety accident,and the individual factors which are ignored by the mainstream philosophy school and the decision-making theory.Therefore,it is necessary to explore the influence mechanism of the passive emotion and safety performance of the construction workers.It is to control the unsafe behavior of the construction workers from the fundamental reasons of the individual,and put forward the relevant safety management enlightenment for the construction enterprises,and then promote the construction of the people's livelihood in China.Based on the emotional mechanism model of foreign countries,this paper explores the influence mechanism of negative emotions of construction workers on safety performance from the perspective of individual internal drive factors psychological capital and organizational environment security atmosphere.First,the concept model of "Negative emotion-Psychological capital-Security atmosphere-Security performance" is constructed through emotional event theory,social cognitive theory and field dynamic theory.Secondly,we design the questionnaire based on the foreignclassic scale and survey the workers of construction projects in Xi'an.Finally,the statistical method is used to analyze the collected data,and the influence of the variables is obtained.According to "should we pay attention to the negative emotions of construction workers?" "Do construction workers' negative emotions affect enterprise safety performance?" "Is this effect influenced by the driving froce of psychological capital and the external environmental factors of the safety atmosphere?" is an effective solution to the decision of the construction enterprises,and then provides a scientific guide for the practice of safety production in the construction enterprises.The conclusions of this paper are as follows:(1)The negative emotion and safety performance of construction workers have a significant negative effect.Among them,the negative influence of construction workers on safety participation is the most significant.(2)Individual psychological capital plays an intermediary role in the negative emotion and safety performance of construction workers,and the psychological capital has the most significant adjustment to the passive emotion and safety compliance of construction workers.(3)The organizational safety atmosphere plays a role in the negative emotion and safety performance of construction workers;the managers' attention,the attitude and behavior of the supervisors,safety training,safety awareness,safety environment and safety environment have a regulating effect on the passive emotion and safety participation of construction workers and safety participation,and the workers' behavior and safety regulations have negative emotion and safety to construction workers.There is no significant regulatory effect on compliance and safety participation;safety communication has a regulating effect on passive emotion and safety compliance of construction workers,but has no significant regulatory effect on negative emotion and safety participation.
