The policy and marketing have already required for the details management and the effectiveness from managing, because of the economic trade developing brings not only the chance but also the challenge. The key of the enterprise management is human resource management, and the goal of human resource management is the largest effectiveness. The right performance appraisal system designing and using becoming the most important part in the enterprise management, which should be scientific assessment, the reasonable incentive, the surely guide.This article analyzed the DY Company's performance appraisal system design ideology and realistic using according the summary of the main theory and methods during the performance appraisal developing history.To DY Company for the object, this article has analysis the status of the performance appraisal using in using the literature, case studies, lessons learned, with qualitative and quantitative methods to find the problem in it. This article has emphasized the importance of the assessment technology and methods choosing and the on time communication by drawing the advanced theory and technology in abroad. It implements the balance score card importing by series case learning, the new technology, and flexibility in the use of BSC.
