As a pillar industry in China,At the same time,with the real estate white-hot competition between businesses,in order to adapt to the requirement of modern development,and to raise their status in a competitive market and the share,increasingly fierce,the establishment of a scientific and effective system of performance management is to realize the modernization of enterprises,enterprise development needs,is the key to success in the fierce competition in the market.This paper selects Z real estate development company in Zhejiang city of Lishui Province as Based on the balanced score card,the performance appraisal system of Z company is established.First,in view of the balanced scorecard,performance appraisal,etc of relevant theoretical study,late for thesis writing to lay the basis,for Z company current discusses the deficiencies in performance appraisal.the follow-up thesis writing,in-depth analysis of the current performance evaluation and existing problems of Z company.Then,using the Balanced Scorecard to design the performance evaluation index of Z company,through the understanding of the strategic objectives of the enterprise,draw up the strategic map of the enterprise,and link the performance evaluation with the strategic objectives of the enterprise.Finally this paper related to Z's subsequent implementation procedure of the Balanced Scorecard Performance Evaluation Based on the elaboration of the design,including the design of Z company department level performance appraisal staff level of performance evaluation and performance appraisal period,performance appraisal,performance appraisal team determined the communication and improvement,and come up with the supporting measure for performance assessment.Z company's performance appraisal system based on the Balanced Scorecard still needs to be improved and improved in the follow-up implementation.Through the research of this article,I hope it can provide reference for the reform and design of the performance appraisal system of the same type of real estate enterprises.
