On Marx Market Competition Theory And Its Contemporary Value Research

The economic theory of Marx not only reveals the special law of capitalist production,but reveals many common laws about commodity economy and even market economy in human society.The important task for science research is to find and research contemporary value of those theories.Capitalist society in free competition condition is the research object for Marx 'Das Kapital',so competition inevitably became a significant clue through Marx value theory and surplus value theory.Competition,as an important economic theory category,means rivalry between person or groups or nations.Whenever there is two-party or multy-party trying to obtain resource which could not be got by every part,there is competition.Competition as market economy twin goes with it.The competition under socialism market economy condition and the competition under capitalism market economy condition is different and also have something in common.And the research for this subject is of importance meaningful on both theory and reality.British classic political economy had already some research on competition theory and Engels also did further study about it and left many valuable thought.Marx's research was based on those.Researching and further studying Marx market competition theory has significant theoretical and realistic meaning to further improving socialist market system and regulating competition order in our nation.This paper has four parts for analysis and dissertation.The first part is about market competition and competition system.It preliminaryly analyses common theory of market competion and mechanism of competition.The second part is about theoretical foundation for Marx market competition theory. It reviews the contributions that classic economists and Engels did for market competition theory.The third part is about Marx market conpetition connotation.It organizes and discusses the main ideas on Marx market competition theory,finds and explains some basic theories representing socialised mass production and market economy common rules.The fouth part is about the contemporary value of Marx market competition theory.Connected with the condition of our socialism market ecinomy development,it analyses the problems in our competition market by Marx conpetition theory and proposes corresponding countermeasures for perfecting market competition order.This paper holds that according to the commom laws on socialized mass production,commodity economy and market economy revealed by Marx market competition theory,it is necessary to further perfect market economy system,regulate market conpetition and father competition environment for improving socialism markert economy system and perfecting market competition mechanism.To be concrete,it means containing monopoly for balancing each part interest,encouraging competition to supply power for each economic body,following rules to create conditions for market competition,adjusting interest to make up the double-edged-sword effect of market competition, enhancing management to confine and deter unfair competition,perfecting legal system to solve kinds of conflicts and problems during competition.
