With the coming of the economic globalization, the scope of competition occurring among the enterprises are getting expands increasingly, effective management to human resource has been considered a vital approach for the enterprises to achieve the leading place. In recent years, performance appraisal as an important part of human resource management has been used in organization management by more and more businesses. It is valuable and significant to establish a scientific and reasonable performance appraisal system for bringing staff into play and improving competitive ability of corporation. How to design a series of scientific performance appraisal fit to our country situation will be taken as a great task.The performance appraisal not only based on personnel side in the writing, but also from company's angle. In the new system, besides improving self, employee needs to consider whole department performance. And bonus bears upon employee's attitude, ability and work performance, thus the income of staff will be directly affected their work performance, it could activate staff and realize company internal justice further more.Aiming at the issue that S company faced, the essential problem has been found out after analyzing current appraisal system of S company entirely. Reset the performance appraisal system according to orientation of S company, to improve staff's performance, to develop career for employee. Finally, the article states how to apply new appraisal method in the S company and advise some suggestion about it.
