Enterprises are experiencing loyalty management problems.on the one hand, organizations are seeking competent staffs,on the other hand,due to individual's qualifications, limitations of organization development and temptation outside organization,companies still need to consider how to retain employees and make them work harder.This paper consists of five parts. In Chapter One presents the following: why we go on this research, how important this research. We give a comprehensive discussion. In Chapter Two relevant theories about loyalty management are reviewed,including theories home and abroad,newly emerging knowledge and definition of loyalty management. Career planning,development, human resource development are studied in Chapter Three. Chapter Four is the most important part of this paper. It links loyalty management and career development,introducing evaluating model and its factors and applying career anchor theory,it analyzes the career characters and problems by different phases. Measures about how to affect factors of that model are proposed according to above results by every phase. Chapter Five presents conclusion, innovation, limitation of this paper and gives a outlook of this research.We must study loyalty management on dynamic development basis. Organization and career loyalty can be improved better by proposing measures to specific phase of career.
