As a kind of career,human resource's regularization,sepecialization,and professionalizing are challenging fellowmen who are or will be engaging in this work, and bringing tremendous pressure on them.As an adult educator,HR's career development pressure must be thinked.Starting from the research of theoretical and practical meanings,the article interprets what is career and the pressure of career development,demonstrates the features of present company's human resource management employees and the pressure of career development,analyzes their countermeasures and management regulations on the view of lifelong learning,which presents modern theoretical and practical meanings.The article will discuss in four chapters as follows:Chapter One:Preface.This chapter clarifies the social,adults education subjects and research group background of analyzing company's human resource management employees,points out clearly that the research not only discloses the nature of pressure of career development,but also deepens the intension and extension of life-long education and learning,which will improve the level of life-long learning in corresponding and managing the pressure of career development.During reviewing of reference document,the author clarified that the pressure of career development is one of job stresses and decomposed the pressure of career development into four kinds: the pressure of career orientation and selection,pressure of career adaptation,pressure of career promotion and pressure of career stability.This chapter analyzes the particularity of company's human resource management and its employees as well.Chapter Two:The description of basic theory of career development.This part explains deeply every kind of pressure of career development.This article treats the pressure of career development as a dynamic system,encountering pressure of career development in all career life,beyond other previous research which put it in particular career development period.This system includes career stage based on age difference,and individual's different stage after entering organization as well.Chapter Three:statistics and analysis of questionnaire.Through the analysis of questionnaire results and the supplementary interview of highlight issues,this chapter sums up some features of Human Resource management employees in company, which are younger,feminize,high educated and life-long study.It also points out three main existing problems that the level of professional needs to be improved, awareness of profession needs to be improved,planning of career and adaptability of psychological need to be improved.In the end,the main feature of career development pressure of human resource managers in the enterprise are universal, anteriority,multiplicity of source of stress for women career development,salient of the pressure of career advancement and comprehensive pressure factors that effect the career development.Chapter four:response and management of career development pressure.This chapter puts forward that the response of pressure is a passivism word and the management of pressure is an initiative word.The pressure problem can not only be tackled afterwards,but to solve this problem fundamentally still needs a system management process.This chapter analyzes the methods of response and management from five points of view:leaning philosophy,HR management career,profession planning,business and psychological skills.Starting from the perspective of leaning, the performance of the roles played in society,organization and individual is perfect.
