With the global economic integration and the advent of the knowledge-based economy, as well as the emergence of global manufacturing, supply chain in the manufacturing sector has been widely used.Qinghua Machinery Factory of China Aerospace Science and Technology Corporation General large-scale enterprise, products for civilian use under the current five branches,products related to mechanical, electrical, automotive, plastics, building materials etc, due to historical reasons, caused by the separate administration of the products for civilian use, to take small and complete mode of operation, functions department settings too much, co-ordination more difficult, resulting in high management costs and can not effectively exert Group's overall advantage, taking into account the lower product cost to improve the response capacity and efficiency necessary for, enterprises to optimize the internal supply chain design, enhance the level of supply chain management.In this paper, using empirical research methods to supply chain management, logistics management theory, combined with information management and strategic management theory to Qinghua plant status of the five companies to develop products for civilian use as the background of Qinghua plant internal supply chain management model for the entire Research directions; Thesis Writing from the enterprise supply chain management within the status quo, the summary analysis of existing supply chain management problems and its causes, through companies in which environmental characteristics of the industry and its product cost to conduct a detailed analysis of influencing factors, re-built the enterprise supply chain management framework, in the framework of the enterprise organizational structure of the existing supply chain restructuring, the formation of information management as the center coordination mechanism, implementation of integrated enterprise supply chain management model, in this mode to optimize the procurement, storage, transport functions, implementation of logistics integration, focuses on the optimization mode of procurement, inventory control strategies, integrated transport management problem by for enterprises to optimize the internal supply chain design, to solve the current problems of cost and efficiency of enterprise problems, to explore for similar enterprises of supply chain management to provide some theoretical reference.
