Research On The Cost Management Of Integrated Construction Supply Chain

In recent years,with the national supply side structural reform and the implementation of The Belt and Road ",the construction industry will face more intense competition,but it will also allow the government,the owners put forward higher requirements to the engineering construction,which to some extent increase the cost.Although the successful application of supply chain management model in manufacturing industry has also promoted the idea of supply chain in engineering projects and alleviated the problem of traditional engineering construction to a certain extent,the existence of "Domino" effect,"isolated island" effect and "intercepting" effect in the construction of supply chain was reduced.The operation efficiency of the construction supply chain is lower,which makes the units that only use the supply chain model or still use the traditional construction model still face the difficulties of increasing the cost and reducing the profit.Based on this,this paper introduces the integration thought in the manufacturing industry,and wants to use the integration concept and the rapid development of information technology to deal with the problems in the construction supply chain.The main research work and conclusion of this paper are as follows:First of all,this paper reviews the current situation of construction supply chain,and then analyzes some problems in the construction of supply chain.The integration idea is analyzed from three aspects of systematicness,initiative and information integration,and the integration is further defined on the basis of the predecessors' integration definition.Then,this paper analyzes the necessity and feasibility of the integrated construction supply chain and the integration game in the supply chain,and proves the rationality of the construction of integrated construction supply chain.Under this premise,this paper defines the integrated construction supply chain,and analyzes the content of integrated construction supply chain from four latitudes of organization integration,project construction process integration,project construction target integration and information integration,and constructs a total contractor unit.The core,owner,supervision,consulting,design,procurement,subcontracting and other participating units through the aid of information management platform in the design stage,procurement stage,construction phase integrated management of the construction of the concept of supply chain concept model.Then,this paper defines the cost of integrated construction supply chain from two angles of materialized labor and living labor.After combing and comparing many cost management methods in the construction of engineering projects,combining the characteristics of project construction and the problems encountered,a kind of operation control system and accounting is set up,and the target cost is taken as the basis.The integrated cost management method of supply chain operation.The integrated construction supply chain cost management system is constructed based on the project and the supply chain operation target cost method.Then,from the integrated construction supply chain construction,the cost formation process and the construction process,the cost of the design stage,the procurement stage and the construction stage is further divided.The control management measures are put forward in the three stages of purchase and construction,and then the mathematical model of integrated construction supply chain cost control is constructed based on many factors in the design stage,procurement stage and construction stage.Finally,through the internship on the HJZYGC engineering project of the K company of Henan Province,the data are collated and processed,and the integrated construction supply chain cost control model is applied in the project,and the theoretical cost of the integrated construction supply chain is obtained,and the actual cost of the project is calculated by the obtained actual data.In addition,the theoretical cost and the actual cost are compared,the reasons are analyzed,and the conclusions are obtained.Then the theoretical value and practical application value of the integrated supply chain model and the integrated supply chain cost control model proposed in this paper are verified,and the optimal supply chain cost is found by the sensitivity analysis method.Sensitivity factors can be targeted to make recommendations to reduce supply chain costs.
