Nowadays, WEBGAME industry becomes more and more popular, and it is also in a stable and fast development phase. WEBGAME industry starts so late in China. A lot of Chinese internet gaming companies are so young, and many employees are still so young. Therefore, the labor force shortage existed for a long time.SZ Company is facing over-high employee flow rate of its technical and managing employee. It has great negative influence for realizing the company developing strategy and forming the core competition.The article adopts typical case analysis and selects the design department of SZ Company as investigated subject. According to practical statistical data of the employee flow, the author uses the human resource theory and deployment theory, and through systematic researches of the company's environment factors, enterprise culture, human resource management, enterprise culture, human resource management system and administrative rules, evaluate employee flow rationality, identify negative flows of the organization and explore in-depth causes, and point out the necessity of creating employee logical flow mechanism and provide some suggestions how to set up the employee logical flow mechanism.In terms of analysis to employee flow of SZ company, drawing lessons from domestic and oversea advanced management theories and on successful experiences, the article formulates relevant propose and solutions, which are being experienced in author's work practice. The article provides not only solutions based on research to SZ company, but also reference to employee flow management of this kind of company.
