Study On Employee Logical Flow Mechanism Of SZ Internet Company

Nowadays, WEBGAME industry becomes more and more popular, and it is also in a stable and fast development phase. WEBGAME industry starts so late in China. A lot of Chinese internet gaming companies are so young, and many employees are still so young. Therefore, the labor force shortage existed for a long time.SZ Company is facing over-high employee flow rate of its technical and managing employee. It has great negative influence for realizing the company developing strategy and forming the core competition.The article adopts typical case analysis and selects the design department of SZ Company as investigated subject.
