| With the rapid development of science and technology,some traditional enterprises are gradually declining and being replaced by emerging knowledge-based enterprises.Particularly,Internet enterprises are developing at an amazing speed.The competition among Internet enterprises has become increasingly fierce.Particularly in recent two years,a large number of Internet enterprises are experiencing high departure rates and plagued with talent drought.Many enterprises were dissolved soon after the establishment,which proved the importance of talent management and the intense competition.The post-90 s growing up along with Internet are taking their first steps into the working world and have gradually become a main force of enterprises.Largely different from the people born before 1990,they show distinctive personality,strong self-awareness,excellent learning ability and high cultural level,as well as creativity and innovativeness.When injecting energy and vitality into enterprises using their personality,they also bring challenges to the traditional human resource management model.How to arouse the enthusiasm and creativity of the post-90 s employees and bring their latent capacity into full play has become an important task for human resource management in modern enterprises.Enterprises adopt the salary system,training system,performance appraisal system and welfare system to encourage and manage the post-90 s employees,but the effect is not significant.Meanwhile,if post-90 s employees are not recognized ad promoted in enterprises,they will switch jobs constantly,leading to the brain drain.YXT is selected as an object of study in the article,and Maslow’s hierarchy of needs,Herzberg’s two factor theory,Adams’ equity theory and Filom’s expectancy motivation theory are combined to carry out field investigation and analysis on post-90 s employees’ demand structure and find out problems in the incentive system for post-90 s employees,and,on such a basis,optimize the incentive mechanism of YXT and provide a reference for improving the motivation of post-90 s employees in small-/medium-sized Internet enterprises. |
