Impact Of Industrial Structure Change On Russian Economic Growth In Putin Period

As an organic entia, industrial structure change correlate with economic growth. Economic growth promote the industrial structure adjustment, meanwhile, industrial structural adjustment bring country faster economic growth. Domestic and foreign scholars have done lots of studies on the problem of industrial structure and economic growth. But domestic research on this topic which lack of data is not systematic. They just use qualitative method without economic model for further support, so the quantitative research finding is quite few. This paper which uses kinds of statistical analysis to do plentiful calculation is on the basis of researches by forefather. So the industrial structure change and its influence on economic growth are quantitatively inspected.Starting with the economic growth theory, this paper lists economists'study on the relation between Industrial structure change and economic growth, and this is regarded as basic theory; Then, writer summarize the situation of Russia in three sections as Soviet Union period, the beginning period of transition and Putin period. From this comparison, some new characteristic in Putin period can be found; The third part as the emphases of this paper start from qualitative analyses to quantitative analyses. In the first place, this research carries out from supply and demand angle. By the method of relative productivity and department response flexibility, the situation of industrial structure in Russia is dynamic analyzed, while at the same time, the model is setting up, to calculate the contribution of industrial structure change to economic growth. In order to confirm that there are some general connections between the industrial structure change and economic growth, a quantitative analysis on the cross-section data and time array data of the GDP of Russia has done. It adopts the method of stationary and Co-integration, to deal with the time array data, so as to ensure the result derived out has more convincingness. At the same time according to the recent Industrial structure change, the amount that different Industry's departments contribute to the economic growth has been done. It also has pointed out the direction for the industrial structure change.
