| Economic development is the subject of historical progress, while the industrial structure and economic growth are closely linked, industrial change and economic interdependence, mutual promotion and rational industrial structure under certain conditions, become the foundation of economic growth and promote economic stability and rapid and coordinated development. On the contrary, it will restrict economic development. And at different periods of economic growth,they will have different requirements for the industrial structure, causing the evolution of industrial structure to a higher level. The purpose of this paper is to study the industrial structure and economic growth of mutual problems, to explore the course of economic development in Liaoning Province, the economic transformation of Liaoning Province to provide the industry structure changes proposed for the revitalization of the Northeast industry and provide a theoretical base for reference.In this paper, as an example of economic development in Liaoning Province, analyzed the junction of the process of adjustment and optimization of industrial structure in Liaoning Province, from different angles discusses the changes in industrial structure and economic growth in the mutual relations, with Liaoning Province in 1978 -2007 years, statistical data, using qualitative and quantitative means of a combination of three industries in Liaoning Province conducted a detailed analysis of the structure.
