The Comprehensive Evaluation On Benefit Of The Xinjiang Cultivated Land Utilization Based On GIS

Cultivated land is the essence of the land, is the foundation of the"people's life depends on the grain". As China's population rapid growth, industrialization and the rapid development of urbanization, faced with such low efficiency utilization, environmental pollution and over utilization of the cultivated land , faced with such a large population of our country, a major agricultural country, food security problem has aroused great concern. Thus, in order to meet the needs of agriculture products of the increasing population and our state economy development, it is more important for our country, which has a huge population and a relatively short of cultivated land resources, to realize the patterns of land utilization improvement perfectly---intensive utilization by the technological evolution and promote the land utilization benefit.According to the current conditions of the cultivated land of Xinjiang's 87 counties and cities, to confirm the index system from ecological, economic and social benefits. Through the processes as follows: construct the index system, confirm the index weight, choose the mathematics model, confirm the calculation method, set up the database, analyse and dispose the data, output the result etc,t. Regards geographical information system(GIS) as the means, utilize it's abundant figure editor instrument, convenient data base management system ,and use the powerful data processing and analysis function of SPSS, to come to the scores of the cultivated land of Xinjiang's 87 cities and counties. To explore and seek the features the regular patterns based the scores, so as to put forward a reasonable suggestions in order to inprove the benefits of Xinjiang's cultivated land , to complete the research of Xinjiang cultivated land utilization benefits.The research have shown that, the cultivated land utilization benefits of Turpan City, Shanshan Country, Korla City, Hami City, Toksun Country, Aksu City, Yuli Country, Kuytun City, Shufu Country, Manas Country are higher, while Zhaosu Country, Wuqia Country, Fuyun Country, Mori Kazak Autonomous Country, Wenquan Country, Yumin Country, Eminay Country, Toli Country,Taxkorgan Tajik Autonomous Country , Burqin Country City are lower.
