Evaluation On Efficiency Of Cultivated Land Use In Sanjiang Plain

Cultivated land as a crop,is of great significance to agricultural production.Protection of arable land,in response to the reform of the country's agricultural supply side,to adapt to the new normal economic development of the country are quite practical significance.The rational use of cultivated land has an important role in ensuring food security and social development in China.In recent years,the "New four modernizations" promote the land use structure change,a large number of cultivated land was occupied for construction land,reduction of arable land reserve resources reserves,how to achieve standardization of cultivated land protection become more prominent as an urgent problem.Because the quality of cultivated land,improve the efficiency of comprehensive utilization of cultivated land resources once again aroused great concern.The purpose of this paper is to explore the comprehensive utilization efficiency of cultivated land resources in Sanjiang plain,in order to master the change trend,spatial distribution and obstacle factors.It provides scientific basis for ensuring the quality of cultivated land in Sanjiang plain.This paper takes 23 counties in Sanjiang plain as the study areas,taking cultivated land as the research object,then discusses the internal relationship between the related theories and the research of cultivated land use efficiency.This paper makes an in-depth study on the benefits of cultivated land use.This paper analyzes the present situation of the development and utilization of cultivated land in Sanjiang plain and the spatial distribution difference among different regions.Based on the view of economy,society and ecology,by using multi factor comprehensive evaluation model and the coupling coordination degree model,combined with ArcGIS spatial analysis methods,to explore the dynamic change of cultivated land use benefits in Sanjiang plain during 2005-2014,and the spatial variability of cultivated land use benefits.Through the study of the obstacle factors of the cultivated land use efficiency in the study period,the main factors affecting the efficient use of cultivated land were obtained.The results indicate that:(1)The cultivated land use benefits of Sanjiang plain showed an upward trend in 2005-2014.Ecological benefits showed a downward trend in 2005-2009.With the improvement of the utilization efficiency of agricultural resources,the ecological benefit of cultivated land is basically stable after 2009.The improvement of cultivated land use efficiency mainly depends on the grain output,the level of farming mechanization,the increase of per capita net income of farmers and the reduction of energy consumption per million yuan output value.(2)The establishment of modern agricultural comprehensive reform experimental area,which brings about the reconstruction of the spatial pattern of land use benefits in Sanjiang plain.The cultivated land use index of the low elevation area in the northeast of Sanjiang plain is higher than that of the hilly area in the southwest.The evaluation value of the following indicators has a great influence on spatial distribution:mechanization of farming,output value of energy consumption per million yuan and the per capita net income of farmers,have a greater impact on the spatial difference of land use efficiency.The results show that the level of agricultural modernization and agricultural input in Sanjiang plain are not balanced,which leads to unequal income distribution.(3)Sanjiang plain land use benefit is generally low level of coordination,only Fujin coordinated degree reached primary coordinated development,Youyi,Fuyuan,Hulin,Tongjiang and Baoqing in the transition development.Qitaihe city and Boli county land use benefit coordination is relatively poor,it is located in the Sanjiang plain last two,belonging to moderate coordination decline.There will be a lot of room for improvement in the utilization of cultivated land in Sanjiang plain.However,in order to improve the level of agricultural modernization,but also to ensure the coordinated development of economic,social and ecological.(4)During the period of the study,the economic and social factors were reduced in the barrier factors that affected the increase of cultivated land use efficiency in Sanjiang plain.However,the obstacle degree of ecological factors increases year by year.The grain yield per unit area is the main obstacle to the utilization efficiency of arable land,but with the improvement of the degree of agricultural modernization and the optimization of the basic farmland protection measures,the obstacle value is decreased steadily.The average fertilization rate of cultivated land increased by 9.61%per year,and the obstacle degree of cultivated land use efficiency increased.(5)According to the evaluation results of cultivated land use efficiency in Sanjiang plain,this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to improve the benefit of cultivated land use.Developing large-scale agriculture while stabilizing small-scale agriculture,taking two kinds of agricultural management mode as a new way to build the modern agriculture.To increase the government's investment in agricultural research and land use.Keep the number of cultivated land,improve the quality of cultivated land,protect the ecological environment of cultivated land,and strive to achieve the "three in one" cultivated land protection strategy.Monitoring and early warning of cultivated land resources in order to master the quantity and quality of cultivated land.
