The Poverty Research Of Urban Unemployed Population In Xinjiang

The problem of poverty is a global, long-term and global issues. Whether developing countries or developed countries, there is the problem of poverty.Since the 1990s,urban poverty has increasingly become an undstanding problem in China's social and economic system.From the development process of industrialization, China's industrialization has been advancing in the mid-to late stage, and Xinjiang, still in the early to mid-stage propulsion. Industrial development in Xinjiang during the changes in the economic structure, industrial structure, enterprise restructuring and other cities will increase unemployment, urban poverty highlights the type of unemployment.Urban poverty has become a major risk of the social stability of Xinjiang, seriously restricting socio-economic development in Xinjiang.The main part of this article, first uses the adjustment method of correlates to calculate the urban unemployment rate in Xinjiang.And in accordance with the registered urban unemployment rate and the measured contrast to introduced the situation of the unemployed urban population condition in Xinjiang .Secondly, based on the determination of the urban low-income level, the urban stricken people scale and in the constitution, analyzes the living conditions of urban poverty in Xinjiang, from the employment burden coefficient, the income level and the consumption structure three aspects.Then, has carried on the normative and the empirical analysis to the relevance between urban unemployment and the urban impoverished .Finally,combine the successful experience of fighting urban poverty at home and abroad, propose some suggestions that suitable for urban unemployment in Xinjiang.Therefore, this article unique merit lies in take the Xinjiang urban unemployed population as object of studying the urban poverty, in view of solves the urban unemployed population to propose the special operational policy measures impoverished, is for the purpose of improving the urban unemployed population the impoverished present situation in Xinjiang.
