Research On Analysis And Countermeasure Of The Financing Problems Of Private Enterprises In Xinjiang

Along with the economic reform and opening, the non-governmental economy has become an important part of China, for its activity and developing rate. While at the same time, its developing rate is restricted by some factors. The difficulty in financing is a key factor, which results in the Private enterprises cannot expand as fast as expectation. The aim of this thesis is the financing of private enterprises in Xinjiang.Capital is the weight to expand the productivity of private enterprise. At present private enterprise has problems such as resource, technical innovation pressure and little scale pass, low market possess rate. Those problems go back to root lie in capital scarcity after all. Financing disaster has become private enterprise develop further bottleneck, solving the problem of the financing disaster of private enterprise has been extremely urgent task.Taking advantage of the date from field research of "Research on development and financing of private enterprises in Xinjiang", the ShiChuanLiangYi Science research project of Xinjiang University, I systematically study the private enterprises in Xinjiang. Firstly, I define the object of study is financing of private corporate, at the same time giving a brief comment about the plight of the private enterprises' financing, substance of financing of private enterprises and the mode of financing. Secondly, I expound the status quo of financing of private enterprises in our country, and make a conclusion that the private enterprises face the problem of financing difficulties. Thirdly, I analyze the problems of financing of Xinjiang private enterprises, and then describe the importance and situation of it, in additional make a systematically study and analysis on the impact factors of needs and gain the finance support to the Xinjiang private enterprises. Finally, I give some measures to resolve the financing problems of Xinjiang private enterprises in the article. Including continuous improvement in the private enterprises by it selves, many preferential policies and the diversification of financing channels.I put forward solving schema to help private enterprise solve financing difficult condition, make them boost development of the national economy of Xinjiang and make larger contribution for the economic development of our country.
