A Research Of The Construction Of Enterprise Culture Ecological Of Private Enterprise Of Xinjiang

Theoretical researches about corporate culture are never stop,There are amount of theoretical researches achievements about enterprise culture.At present,the researches of enterprise culture are almost concentrated on the reciprocal impact of all elements of inner-enterprise,Haven’t seize the mechanism of evolution of enterprise culture from essence,Also neglected the impact of enterprise development and enterprise external environment. Therefore,they can’t construct perfect mode and practical scheme of enterprise culture from the point of system and dynamic.This paper regard enterprise as a life from the theory of ecology, and put enterprise culture ecosystem summarized as an entirety which is consist of all culture elements inner-enterprise and external environment influencing its development.Specific elements includes enterprises,customers,competitors,other stakeholders, nature, social economy and so on.They contacted and restricted each other with the help of social ecosystem, value concept, information transfer and technical communication, and developed a complex system which can be self adjusting, self improving, and self renewal.Because only through eliminating causal linear way of thinking, exceeding organization itself,putting culture ecology into enterprise culture construction widely, the harmony of elements can be come true and organization, enterprise culture will be sustainable development. Therefore,the degree of competition symbiosis of every element in the system of enterprise culture ecosystem and the breadth of element involved reflected the harmony degree of enterprise culture ecosystem to a great extent.This paper developed a scale of enterprise culture ecology system, and tested theoretical structure model based on analyzing construction and evolution of enterprise culture ecosystem. Then taking private enterprise culture of Xinjiang as an example, making an empirical research of enterprise culture ecosystem evaluation index system.The results of empirical research indicate that the harmony degree of private enterprise culture ecology of Xinjiang is good,but inner enterprise culture prefer to behavior culture and regime culture construction rather than competitors and stakeholders, so enterprise has an average performance on material culture and spirit culture.Enterprise has payed attention to customer culture, and has a good impact on nature,society,and economic.This conformed that enterprise culture ecosystem theory has theoretical and practical significance,at the same time, it provided many valuable inspiration to enterprise culture construction in the future.
