Research On Model Of Logistics Distribution Knowledge Management And Reuse Adapting To Perplexed Task Context

Knowledge management is a must for logistics distribution companies because of internal need and external competition under the era of knowledge economy. On the other hand, under the distributed environment, supply chain logistics distribution process has characteristics as follows: complex information; demand variability; dynamic nature of derivative and so on.The role of context in KMS (Knowledge Management System), as the role of nervous system in biological tissue is identification of information and coordination, is the prerequisite and basis of its continuing discovery, creation, application and sharing knowledge. The model of logistics distribution knowledge management, integrating complex task-context, is of great significance for knowledge of logistics distribution's quick unfolding and shrewd reuse under the dynamic operating environment and enhancing competitiveness of logistics enterprises.The paper integrated context into the logistics of the distribution process of agent model based on description of the meaning about context of logistics distribution. On that basis, the paper, in conjunction with mobile agent and agent collaborative knowledge, advanced the model, in distributed-data sharing environment, for knowledge management and reuse, in order to achieve agility and reuse about logistic distribution knowledge.Firstly, in view of the current analysis and research gaps of complex distribution logistics in distribution environment advanced the model of KM, LDKMTC (Model of Logistics Distribution Knowledge Management and Reuse Adaptation to Perplexed Task Context). From the perspective of knowledge management, combined with the complex task context and platform mobile agent, built a model of logistics distribution for knowledge management and reuse. Three key technology in LDKMTC model is model of logistics distribution context, representation of logistics-distribution's knowledge based on ontology, and WADWSMAD algorithm (Multi-Attribute Decision based on Weight-Attribute Decision Factor And Wide-Similar).Secondly, the paper researched on the complex environment (context) in process of logistics distribution, abstracted and integrated context from the many complex environment factors to build a multi-dimensional structure context model, based on context of logistics distribution, so as to descript and distinguish complex environment.Thirdly, the paper research on ontology-expression of logistics distribution knowledge, the technology of searching and matching between context instance and model; the technology of context aesthesia and reasoning based on discerning complicated environment, the mapping rules between context model and knowledge instance. To the purpose of knowledge's shrewd matching and self-adaptation reuse.Fourthly, paper built a model, in distributed environment, of logistics distribution knowledge management and reuse based on mobile agent and collaboration-group agent; a model of logistics distribution knowledge management based on the thinking of object-oriented, agent and thinking of knowledge management.
