Research On The Socialist Distribution Theory With Chinese Characteristics

Distribution mode is the direct form to realize the interests' relation among man. Distribution and its effect arouse the particular attention of man in each historical period and each social pattern. In China, the socialist distribution structure is always changing with the development of socialist economic system reform, and especially with the adjustment of ownership structure. That is to say, the formation of plural ownership structure promotes the correspondent changes in distribution structure. In recent years, the income distribution disparity is increasingly large in China. It has become a conspicuous contradiction which hinders the economic development and the social stability. It is an urgent task to adjust and transform the distribution system in accordance with the practical condition of socialist society.The socialist distribution theory with Chinese characteristics is the integrated outcome of Marxism distribution theory and Chinese economic system reform practice. It is the income distribution theory which is incessantly perfecting and is suitable for Chinese realities on the road of economic construction with Chinese characteristics. This paper starts from the practice of Marxism distribution theory and Chinese distribution after reform and opening. In chapter one, the author illustrates the development process and formation background of socialist distribution theory. In chapter two, the author generally describes the distribution theory with Chinese characteristics: the distribution theory with Chinese characteristics is the enrichment and development of Marxism distribution theory and it is also the localization of Marxism distribution theory in China. In chapter three, the author further discusses that the distribution theory with Chinese characteristics is the inheritance and evolution of Marxism distribution theory. In chapter four, the author presents the practical directive significance of distribution theory with Chinese characteristics. At the same time, this paper also sets forth the following problems: "public ownership sharing economic operation mechanism" in the primary distribution, strengthening the second distribution, encouraging and guiding the third distribution as well as social justice. The distribution theory with Chinese characteristics is closely related with the practice of Chinese economic system reform. Hence the theory of each period presents different emphasis. Meanwhile, these theories possesses the same features aims at consolidating socialist basic economic system, improving socialist market economy system and guiding the practice of Chinese distribution system reform. Consequently, developing socialist distribution theory with Chinese characteristics adapts to the development demand of China and is beneficial to the establishment of harmonious society. It is indeed a task of significant value.
