Power Generation Project Evaluation Theoretical And Empirical Study

Post-evaluation(PE) for the construction project is an extension of the project feasibility research and the project management.It provides economic and financial decision basis for the production and business management of the firms. It is also useful for the policy decision and construction of the similar projects. This paper first explains the beginning,the necessity,and the general theory and method of post-evaluation.Then in view of the feature of electric power projects,it researches the process,the contents and methods of the post evaluation of the power projects.And the contents and methods of the general post evaluation and the process post evaluation for the project are analysed emphathetically. Then the paper does the post-evaluation for the Datong Electric Power Plant and puts forward a guide proposition of the countermeasures.
