Research Of Post-project Environmental Impact Evaluation Of Haibowan Power Plant

This paper introduced the development of both here and abroad post-project evaluation. And the meaning of the post-project environmental impact evaluation to power plant project management was discussed. The basic content and method of thermal power plant post-project environmental impact evaluation was introduced. And then it was analyzed that the impact of the third term project of Haibowan power plant to environment with qualitative and quantitative methods. According to practical situation of the power plant, established the indexes system of environmental impact, applied Delphi to ensure the weights, and introduced a multilevel fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model. The problems in the project were found, and the corresponding advices were given in order to improve invest benefit.The multilevel fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model was introduced into this paper for power plant post-project impact evaluation, the indexes system and the method of defining the subject degree were shown. In the end of the paper, the project was all-around evaluated, and it can provide reference to evaluate similar project in future.
