Cost Control Of Electric Power Construction Project

The present market is facing more and more intense competition.However,the electric construction enterprises are puzzled by traditional plan mode.Their cost control consciousness is weak,with unclear management systems and duty systems,and laggard control method,so that the cost of electric construction enterprises is being out of control,and the economy benefit being low.On the basis of deeply analyzing the elementary thinking,means and methods and so on of construction projects cost control,and combining the actuality of electric construction enterprise cost management,this paper concludes and generalizes the problems existing,introduce goal cost management,make comprehensive planning to the cost and benefit and systemic management to the project cost of electric construction from confirming,planning,control,check,analysis and assessment of the goal cost.At the same time,the paper discusses the application of goal cost management in electric construction enterprises combining an example,with the hope of instructing the material cost management,and to upgrade the core competition of electric enterprises.
