Cost Management is an important content of capital construction investment management,it's also an important part of project construction scientific management,under the planned economic system is particularly important,in the market economic system is also indispensable.With the reform of the electricity market in continuous improvement,how to better control project cost and improve the overall efficiency of power generation enterprises, is a urgent need to resolve.This paper is based on this objective,study the scientific methods and practical applications of generating enterprise cost management.The paper expatiate the basic cost management,design the power generation business models and operating cost management processes,institute the management content,index system and implementation methods of generation enterprise cost management,and make the empirical research based on the above research.
